Backed by family traditions dating back to 1946, Sleepy Hollow Homes is a highly regarded custom home construction company specializing in new homes and renovations in University Park, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, and North Dallas. Robby Skinner is the third Skinner to own and operate the construction company, preceded by his father and grandfather who started Skinner Construction Company in 1946.

Robby’s father, Bob Skinner, founded Sleepy Hollow Homes in 1969 to focus on custom homes in the Dallas area. After working with his father throughout high school and college, Robby went on to earn his B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin while also being a scholarship athlete earning All-American honors in golf. He began as the Vice-President of Sleepy Hollow Homes, and became the owner upon his father’s retirement in 2001. 

Inspired by builders before him, Robby personally supervises home construction in all locations. His hands-on approach and expertise in home-building provides clients with a high-quality home of lasting quality and prestige.
